I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto blue holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert used as a backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers used 3D glue gel & used Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
