Having a Picnic Scalloped Envelope Card TopperCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper, I attached the base to a cream card that I've covered with a complimentary card stock and punched two corners.

I assembled the elements with foam pads and used three butterflies from the punched corners down the back of the card.

Love the design.
