Seesaw Scalloped Edge Envelope Decoupage TopperCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I cut around the envelope front and embossed the inside back to give me a nice pattern.

I decoupaged the elements with foam pads and added a bow to the top of the card. Lovely design, the art work is brilliant!
