Watercolour Seesaw with Lilies and Butterflies, DecoupageCompleted by Sue Soules

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and layered it onto some blue card and then a white scalloped card blank.

The decoupage was added using foam pads.
