To create this card I used a design by Denise Barber. Cut out and layered decoupage layers and I chose a sentiment for sister. Found a matching color card stock for mat and layering. I wanted color to match with umbrella.
Used some ink for edges to give some depth and different shades to it. To give a bit shimmer I used a sparkle clear pen on main features of the card. And to add more dimension I added foiled acetate. I cut it slightly longer than the card base and glued the edges to create a slight dome.
