I printed this beautiful design on Navigator 120gsm white paper twice so that I could have extra decoupage. I cut all the images out and attached main topper to a scalloped white card blank using dst. The decoupage was layered with double sided silicone tape.

I edged one side and the top of card with sparkly peel off border and used glitter on the roses. This design is so easy to put together and looks stunning when finished.
