I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
This gorgeous card is now ready for the greeting of your choice.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to silver mirror card then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms and glitter to embellish. A beautiful design to suit a variety of occasions.
