Black Polka Dot Dress & Autumn Delight
This lovely topper features a beautiful lady in a black polka dot dress, with a candle lit autumn night backdrop.
It has decoupage to add depth, three greetings to choose from and a blank greetings tile. The greetings are birthday wishes, with love and for you.

I printet this sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. To finish the card I added a coordinate half pearl.
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
