Printed main design onto matte 130gsm inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto matching coloured card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around edge. Enhanced design with a touch of glitter and added greeting.

These were meant to be book marks, but made DL cards with them this time. The book marks are great too.
