Printed this design onto photo onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a 7x5 card, then added a copper border all round the edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto magenta pearl card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. added a greeting, faux gems and a touch of glitter.
