Hibiscus Bonnet at the Enchanted Window
This lovely topper features a gorgeous bonnet on a hat stand decorated with beautiful hibiscus flowers, at an enchanted window.
It has a single layer of decoupage to add depth and five greetings to choose from. The greetings are happy birthday, happy anniversary, happy mothers day, mum and just because.

After I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Build it up with 3D pads on a A6 card, and decorate it with a golden bow and peel off borders.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
