Birthday Diva Teddy Bear 5Completed by Priscilla Sharp

I printed this at half size 4 times so that I could decoupage it. I cut out the first layer just as it is and then each layer brought it up to make a 3D effect.

I added this to the card and added ribbon, glitter paint and a sentiment.
