I printed the sheet out on 140 gram Matt Photo paper. Cut all the elements out and attached the decoupage elements with foam pads. I then put the topper onto a backing card to match colour of the gold buggy, using double sided tape.

Then mounted onto a 6"x6" card, again using double sided tape.
