All Ages Birthday Rosette in Black and RedCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto glossy photo paper, and cut out the parts,choosing age 40 for my card. I scored and folded an A4 tiny grey and white dogtooth check card and attached the base image with double sided tape and the decoupage layers with foam tape.

I edged the numbers and rosette with diamond sticles for a bit of bling and added tiny silver peel off stars to the background and to the middle strip of the rosette.
