printed onto silky finish card. cut out and made shoes as instructed. used backing paper from my stash, then assembled card. put eyelets into shoes before assembling, and threaded silver laces through them. used bow on tag and peel-off as border to heart and card. an exquisite card, a little fiddley but definately worth the effort.
