I printed this sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Made an A5 pale pink pearl card and stuck the main image on to it using foam pads. Decoupaged the other pieces also using foam pads.
Chose one of the middle panels and added this with foam pads. Finished off using silver pearl gems on either side and the bow.
