A cute card for any occasion for that person who loves to shop. There are enough bits to make a couple of cards. I printed off the sheet onto glossy photo card and cut out the pieces. I used foam pads to layer up the decoupage pieces.

And I cut a square of blue mirror card to fit my square white card front and then added the topper using doublesided tape.
