I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape ensuring the car was over the top edge as the design indicates.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
