Card Topper - Ladies Floral Balloon Birthday CardCompleted by Irene Woods

I printed out the sheet twice onto 200gsm card, cutting out the complete topper from one copy and the bow and the central 3 balloons from the second to create a decoupage layer.

Having used DST to attach the base image to my card blank and glue gel to add the upper layers, I used a sparkle pen to highlight the text and a silver metallic ink pen to help the confetti 'pop'.
