Cute Toppers BellaCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet onto photo paper twice, so I could add extra decoupage, and cut the pieces out. I made two card, mounting the base images on black card and then onto pink and purple card and then onto 15cm x 15cm card blanks.

I added a border with a black pen. I used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage and text panel, and finished by adding the hearts to the cards.
