Elegant Black & White Card TopperCompleted by Wendy Rudd

I printed the sheet on white card stock. I then cut out all the elements. I didn’t use the extra ribbon but you can if you wish to do so. I used foam pads to add the bow, sentiment plate and rhinestones. This gave the card dimension.

I glued the completed topper on white card stock and used a scalloped edge punch for the edge of the card.
