Happy Fathers Day approx; 8x8ins Decoupage Topper

Great approx; 8x8ins Father's Day Decoupage Topper. I have included all the decoupage elements that you can cut out and attach to your topper with silicone glue/foams pads. I have also included some extra embellishments that you can add to your card front if you wish.
