Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. DST tape was used to attach the Topper to a White Card. Foam Pads, were used to add the Decoupage. I put Gold Glitter on the cut lemon., and crystal glitter on the Bubbles in the Glass.
I have used Gold stick on edging around the edge of the Topper. This is a wonderful Design.
