It`s Wine O`clock TimeCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I stuck some mauve mottled backing paper on to card stock. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card and assembled the decoupage.

I added the "It's wine o'clock time" message at the bottom centre.
