Pink Roses with Book 18th Birthday TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I cut away the centre panel & added a vintage photo then I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a pink feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & sued Diamond, Eucalyptus & Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
