Shopping For New Spring Trends ToppersCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet twice. On the first sheet I cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and using the second sheet I cut out the flowers and inside frame using small scissors. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the frame layer using foam squares.

Such a fun card for the shopaholic.
