Printed design sheet on to 120gsm smooth white paper. I cut all the elements for the design. I glued and mounted the main design on to 200gsm brown linen card, leaving a narrow border all round, cutting off the excess. I folded the 210gsm orange card in half, then mounted the design on to the front. I used the balloon element for the insert and decoupage the remaining elements to the main design, (I used 3D glue). I decorated the design using copper liquid pearl for the hinges and discs and mixed gold glitter for the lights.

THE INSERT - I folded in half and cut to size 80gsm cream photo copier paper. On the inside left I mounted and glued the Balloon element and on the right hand side I used Eva foam sentiment embellishment.
