I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main topper with an embossed mat and mounted it onto a contrasting base card using foam pads...to finish the card I added some flowers,little pearls and a ribbon...each topper has a beautiful verse...perfect as a main design or as an insert.
