I printed the sheet out onto good quality photo paper and cut out the main layer. This was then matted onto a sheet of green Adorable Scoreable cardstock and the mat was trimmed to leave an approximately 1cm border all the way around. A piece of the spare matting cardstock was trimmed and a gold "Nadolig Llawen" (Welsh for Happy Christmas) peeloff was added. This greeting panel was stuck to the centre of the main layer using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape. I took a sheet of gold Adorable Scoreable cardstock and scored and folded it in half to make a tent fold A5 base card, onto which I stuck the matted image with the same foam tape so that the matted image stuck over the top of the card.

For this card I didn't actually use the added holly layers or greetings provided on the sheet, but the card still looks lovely, so you could decide whether you want to use them or not, or even use them to embelish another card.
