I printed this topper onto good quality photo paper. I added some sparkly glitter to the row of "pearls", then topped off with a spray of flowers and gems and a bow, the same colours as the hearts on the topper.

Finished off with a birthday sentiment.

Very pretty and useful for many types of embellishments.
