I printed the design sheet onto good quality photo paper. I attached that to a 5in x 7in off white card. I die cut a doily from cheery Lynn designs and placed it in the centre of the design with double sided tape.

I then took some spellbinders dies and cut a few circular motifs out od gold card (not mirri-board) I attached the first two with double sided tape and then made a small motif and attached that with foam squares.

I topped the motif with a round clear crystal. I then added some small pearl motifs that are in a bow style, around the largest central gold motif spacing them evenly as the picture shows.

I attached these with didi dots.

I made a tag with card I have in my stash and put a "Happy Birthday" sentiment on. I finished off the tag with a ribbon bow in a damson colour which I think goes with the base colours and then placed this on the top left of the card.

Because there is no theme to the base it could be made for lots of different occasions.

You need only to change the sentiment on the tag. A really great design to let your imagination flow.
