I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the scalloped edge using thin foam tape. I attached the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added some glitter to the flowers to complete the lovely card.
