I printed the sheet out on photo paper, cut the pieces out and assembled it using foam pads. I attached a fairy picture with foam pads to the frame. Then I glued the edges of the completed card base to cream card stock in order to enhance the 3-d effect.

Finally, I trimmed the card stock edge with jig-saw-cut scissors.
