I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a black square textured card I matted a piece of red card with a decoratively punched edge. Over that I layered a partial frame in black card and then attached the image over that.

To complete the card I aded a few faux gems here and there. This lovely art deco design could be used for many different occasions.
