I printed out the design onto some of crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper. I cut out all of the bits.
The main piece of the design I matte and layered onto some brown card and attached it to the front of a square craft card blank that I had stamped feathers onto.
I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue.
