Butterfly Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Eve Bartlett

I printed this sheet out onto good quality card stock then cut all the elements out, I then decoupaged all the elements using sticky foam pads.

I added a happy birthday sentiment and finally I glittered all the pink bits using a Martha Stewart fine white irridescent glitter.
