I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and layered one onto gold paper. I then matted it onto a green square card in one corner and attached a decoupaged mermaid and baby from my stash.

I layered an epoxy sentiment 'Discover' and added a few gold peel-off stickers for embellishment and a border. Onto the orange card I layered the topper and mounted a mermaid over that. I completed the card with black peel-offs, some bling and a canvas sentiment. Two great toppers for the price of one and useful for all sorts of occasions.
