I made 3 copies using heavy card stock and used foam tape to get the 3d effect cutting out the boxes and scroll and then the scroll only.

I printed the image twice onto semigloss 200 mg photo paper, cut out the squares part separately and decoupaged it with double side foam tape for 3D effect.
I also added metal lace embellishment with flat gem stone. Then I attached it on to the base card (matching gold color).
