Catch a Wave! Card TopperCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet onto photo paper, and cut out the elements I wanted. I mounted the base image onto black card, then onto a 21cm x 21cm card blank. I used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage.
