Ticket to Italy Topper with DecoupageCompleted by BECCY WILTON

I printed on to white 250 gsm super smooth card and cut out.I used foam pads for the decoupage.I mounted the topper on to coloured card and added to a card blank with ribbon attached.I finished off with some small gems and dried flowers.A gorgeous design Eileen!
