I used a patterned green A5 card to mat the base layer, I cut sections from the 2 toppers to make a step by step decoupage for the card.
Added glitter trim to the edge of balloons, the cupcake and the hat ribbons - and yellow pearlidoodles to the spotty balloon.
Slotted a pink spotty ribbon through the sides of the card with a sliding tag in the middle to which I added a little sentiment to finish
