I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium gloss photo paper. I cut out all of the pieces. I used a square red card blank as the base. Ran some vellum through my die machine with a worded embossing folder.

I tore around the edge and attached it to the card. The main bit of the design was also added using raised sticky foam pads. I added some crystal gems for decoration.
