I first resized for a 7x5 card blank. I printed the main card and decoupage elements onto 220gsm matt photo paper. I then mounted the base design onto gold shimmer paper which I then mounted onto a pre folded white card blank.
I cut out the decoupage elements and layered using sticky foam pads. A really cute card for Christmas.

The main topper is 7x5", 4 pieces of holly, two pieces that make up the Merry Christmas banner, and a Santa hat for the dog.
