I printed the design on 160gsm card and cut it out. The base copy was attached to white DL cardstock with dst, whilst the remaining items were decoupaged using sticky pads.

I put Waterfall Stickles on three places on the hat, Start Dust Stickles on the snow on the sign, and very small clear gems on the snowflakes on the half of the card above the sign.

It is such a cute effective card and very easy to make.
