Cute Penguin Toppers (Stitched Inner Circles)Completed by Roseanna Miles

Printed on 250 g Silky Smooth Ultra White card. I made half of them with 3 layers and the other half 2 layers. The 3 layer penguins are the original design, layer 2 is the penguin and layer 3 penguins accessories.

The 2 layer topper is just the original design then cutting around the penguin on the second layer. I used a die cut background and assorted backing papers to complete. Adding a sentiment from my stash.
