printed onto smooth card. cut out all elements. decoupaged using foam pads and mounted the whole topper onto square card. added greeting. highlighted using pearls on greeting and clear gems on snowflakes.

I printed the sheet on lightweight card at a slightly reduced size and cut out all the pieces. I covered an 8x8 inch card with paper from kit571413_38 and mounted the topper with DST. I added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads and finished with glitter and glamour dust.
