I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the elements. Foam pads were used to decoupage and double sided tape was used to adhere the card front to royal blue, mirror matte and then to a blank, white, card.

Tiny blue rhinestones were placed in each of the hearts and on the sentiment tag.
