I PRINTED THESE ON TO BLANK CARD STOCK. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO FIT. THEN I GLUED A PIECE OF SCRAPBOOK PAPER TO THE BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT. I MATTED IT WITH SILVER METALLIC PAPER.
THEN I USED ALL DIFFERENT COLORS AND BRANDS OF GLITTER.
