I printed this sheet on card and sheet cup141618_489 - PENGUINS - CUT OUT PANEL TRIFOLD CHRISTMAS card - sheet 1 (by the same designer) on photo paper.
I cut, scored and folded sheet 1 to make the card base, and cut the decoupage from sheet 2.
I stuck the decoupage bits onto the base with 1mm foam pads.
