Joyful Skunk Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's 250gsm matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main topper onto a scalloped card and added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added a bow to the side of the card and a pom pom to the skunks hat.

I put the blank topper inside the card,doesn't he look a delightful little character.
